We are a small studio, deliberately. Every project is staffed by the people who scoped it, and nobody is managing four accounts at once.

Apexsoft started in 2020, building the software that businesses actually run on.
We are not a full-service agency. We do not do brand strategy, we do not shoot video, and we will not write your annual report. We build applications, the operations behind them, and the search and marketing work that brings people to them.
How we are set up
Small teams, two-week increments, staging you can open whenever you like. There is no account manager between you and the people writing the code — you talk to them directly, which is faster for everyone and harder to hide behind.
We keep a written record of the technical decisions on every project: what we chose, what we rejected, and why. It is the document you will want in eighteen months when someone asks why the system works the way it does.

We tell you when not to build
A fair share of our consulting work ends with a recommendation to buy something off the shelf, keep what already works, or drop the idea. Advice is billed separately from delivery so it can afford to be inconvenient.

The estimate is the estimate
We quote ranges, not single numbers, and we explain what moves a project to the top of the range. If scope changes we say so the week it happens rather than in the final invoice.

You get the keys
Repository, deployment pipeline, credentials and a written runbook, all in your name from the start. If you decide to continue without us, nothing technical stands in your way.

Small on purpose
Growing headcount is the fastest way to lower the average. We would rather turn work down than hand your project to whoever happens to be free.
