The order of operations
Crawlability and indexation. Pages that cannot be found cannot rank. Orphan pages, broken canonicals, accidental noindex, infinite parameter loops — this is unglamorous work that routinely uncovers a third of a site sitting invisible.
Architecture. How pages relate to each other tells search engines what your site is about. Internal linking is the most underused lever in the discipline, and it costs nothing but thought.
Speed. Core Web Vitals are a ranking factor, but the real reason to care is that a slow page loses the visitor before the ranking matters.
Then content. Once the foundation holds, content compounds. Before that, it leaks.
Multilingual, done properly
If you sell in Indonesia and abroad, you need two sites that search engines understand as translations rather than duplicates. That means a URL per language, a slug translated into the phrase people actually type, and hreflang tags that point at each other in both directions.

Technical fixes can move things within weeks. Content and authority take between three and nine months depending on how competitive the term is. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either targeting a phrase nobody searches or is about to damage your domain.
